At the top of the screen, the switch created a pick, leaving one of the defensive backs trailing in coverage. Bullock kept his eyes down the middle, holding the safety in place as he dropped back. On his third step, he snapped his eyes to his target and delivered the ball right on time, strategically placing it slightly behind the receiver to protect him from the deep safety, resulting in a touchdown – an impressive and savvy play from a redshirt freshman making his first start.
